Shipping Policy

Vittoria Buccino offers free shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the European Union, and the USA on orders over USD 225. Vittoria Buccino ships to the following destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

• USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the European Union.

For all other destinations, we offer free shipping on orders over USD 300 and shipping is on a DAP (Delivered at Place), or DDU basis. This means that as the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable import customs, duties, and taxes upon delivery.

Returns Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return Vittoria Buccino products in accordance with the return policy set forth below:

1. We are happy to accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date
2. The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached, and hygienic liners intact where present
3. The products must not be damaged and must be returned in the original packaging

Customers returning products from outside the United States are responsible for any applicable costs incurred in the international shipment of the product back to Vittoria Buccino.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, please send us an email including your name, address, and order reference number within 7 days of the time your order was placed at client.services@vittoriabuccino.com.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once it is cancelled.
